Job summary

Flow Building Solutions in Atlanta, GA or Cartersville, GA seeks a Commercial Mechanical Estimator with strong HVAC and mechanical systems experience to price and support large-scale projects. You will review drawings, perform takeoffs, develop proposals, and coordinate vendor pricing, with office-based work and occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical estimating experience.
• Ability to read construction plans and specs and perform digital takeoffs.
• Experience with estimating software (FastEST/QuoteSoft/Trimble/Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial mechanical/HVAC projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents; perform detailed labor and material takeoffs.
• Develop proposals and coordinate vendor/subcontractor pricing; support project coordination post-award.
