Responsibilities

• Continue to build relationships with current clients and seek opportunities to build relationships with new clients.
• Provide bids on plan and spec projects.
• Provide design-build budgets and bids.
• Work with engineers throughout the design process.
• Request quotes from our vendors.
• Attend pre bid site walk-throughs.
• Attend turnover meetings prepared to discuss the project in depth.
• Maintain an award percentage of 12%.
