Job summary

Haller Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Design Estimator in Lititz, PA, with 5–10 years of estimation experience in the HVAC trade for commercial new construction and renovation. You will analyze blueprints, specs, and quotes to prepare accurate bids for design/build and plan/spec projects.

Responsibilities include developing conceptual designs, coordinating with BIM/CAD operators, and presenting proposals to clients while ensuring schedule and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years HVAC design and estimation experience.
• Experience reading project blueprints, design drawings, specs, and proposals to prepare estimates.
• Windows-based office suite proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Experience with Bluebeam or Autodesk products is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC/mechanical codes and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Estimate MEP systems on projects aligned with company growth.
• Develop cost-effective conceptual designs for design/build projects.
• Sketch designs for BIM/CAD to draft or model.
• Prepare written proposals and present scope of work to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and follow up on proposals.
• Meet with owners, GC, architects, and engineers as required.
• Collaborate with estimators to share resources and bid calendars.
