Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical or HVAC Estimator within a mechanical contracting environment.
• Strong awareness of building regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to price from limited or evolving design information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for HVAC and mechanical services on commercial projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and employer’s requirements.
• Develop cost plans from concept, schematic, and tender-stage designs.
