Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of HVAC engineering experience.
• Proficiency with HVAC design software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC load calculation software).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems for new construction and retrofit projects.
• Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system selection.
• Develop and review HVAC layouts, ductwork, piping, and equipment schedules using CAD/BIM tools.
• Develop and review plumbing layouts, sanitary & waste, venting, and domestic water.
• Prepare construction documents and design narratives for proposals and estimates.
