Qualifications

Strong commercial HVAC/R knowledge across chillers, air handlers, boilers, pumps, and exhaust fans.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and control faults using trends and sequences to isolate problems.
Operate building automation systems (Siemens Desigo CC or comparable) and read points, trends, alarms, and setpoints.
Proficient in seasonal startup/shutdown and two-pipe hydronic system changeovers.
Willing to obtain EPA 608 Universal certification with district assistance.
Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills (email, Windows, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, diagnose, and repair the district's HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, pumps, and exhaust systems.
Monitor and adjust systems through the building automation system to maintain efficiency.
Respond to requests from building administrators and staff.
Perform seasonal startup/shutdown and hydronic system changesovers.
