Job summary

Roto-Rooter, America’s premier plumbing and drain cleaning company, is hiring a Commercial Business Manager at our Jacksonville branch. You will grow commercial sales by developing relationships with new and existing customers, promoting all lines of business, and supervising the commercial jetting and sales team.

The role requires 5+ years of sales/management, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. A branch performance bonus is possible based on results.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of sales and management experience.
• Commercial sales experience with proven year-over-year growth.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop additional business opportunities by selling maintenance and priority care programs.
• Visit existing and prospective commercial customers in the field to build relationships.
• Assist National Sales Team with processing work orders and paperwork per procedures.
• Conduct job follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with field teams.
• Oversee scheduling to ensure manpower covers all required work.
• Engage with local trade associations and events when applicable.
