Yard Reboot Project, Inc. in Texas seeks a Commercial Grounds Crew Lead to direct 2–3 person production crews on dispatched routes, keep equipment in good condition, and maintain site quality. You will tackle Friday rescue work and lead safety-first practices on every job.

Leads daily field crews executing precision commercial grounds maintenance and extreme community abatements. $50,000 - $56,000 annualized base plus quarterly safety and equipment bonuses.
Yard Reboot Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity that funds its charitable work by running an excellent landscape company. Paid commercial and residential routes run Monday through Thursday. Friday is community relief day, when the profit from that week turns into a free property rescue for a senior, veteran, or disabled neighbor facing code citations, fire fuel loads, or a yard that has become impassable.
As Commercial Grounds Crew Lead you run the production side of that operation. You take a two- to three-person crew through a dispatched route cluster, hold the quality line on every property, keep the equipment right, and get everybody home safe. You are also the person we send when a rescue property is genuinely rough - chest-high brush, downed limbs, a sidewalk that has not been seen in years.
You will not be babysat and you will not be micromanaged. You will be given good equipment, a clear route, and the authority to make the call in the field. If you have led crews before and you are tired of doing it for a company that does not stand for anything, this is the one.
Same trade, different scoreboard. The routes you run Monday through Thursday are what makes Friday possible - and on Friday you are the reason a family keeps their house instead of losing it to daily code fines.
Directs heavy hazard cleanups that stop $200-$2,000 per day municipal code fines and protect vulnerable families from displacement.
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. No weekends.
Yard Reboot Project, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
