The ideal candidates will be responsible for various outdoor tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of residential and business lawns. Crew members will engage in activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, mulch installation, gutter cleaning, leaf removal, etc.

What Makes This Job Different

We use a pay‑for‑performance system where you can earn up to 20% of the revenue you generate. Work efficiently, go home earlier, and make more per hour. Our top performers earn $25‑35/hr. You are still guaranteed your base hourly rate at a minimum.

The Work

Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing residential lawns.

Seasonal services: leaf removal, mulch, yard clean‑ups, and snow removal.

Operating commercial stand‑on mowers and other equipment (we train you).
