Responsibilities

• Lead a crew providing lawn maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, landscaping, and leaf cleanup.
• Oversee snow removal operations during winter months, coordinating routes and ensuring safe, timely service.
• Plan daily work, keep jobs on schedule, and meet client expectations without constant supervision.
• Operate your crew with ownership—managing efficiency, quality, and production as if it were your own company.
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, safety standards, and efficiency in the field.
• Inspect equipment, perform basic upkeep, and coordinate repairs before breakdowns slow the crew down.
• Communicate with customers professionally to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Track hours, materials, production, and job notes accurately.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

We’re hiring a Lawn Maintenance Crew Lead to lead day-to-day lawn services and seasonal snow removal. You’ll work as part of a larger team—but you’ll have real autonomy to operate your crew, manage your route, and drive production. The better your crew performs, the more you earn.

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable making decisions in the field and taking ownership of results.

Strong communication skills with both customers and team members.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pesticide applicator’s license or willingness to obtain one.

DOT physical card or willingness to obtain one.
