Job summary

Yard Reboot Project, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a dependable Lawn Care Technician to run paid routes Monday through Thursday and perform a pro bono property rescue for a senior or veteran each Friday.

Responsibilities include safe daily route execution, operating commercial mowers and gas tools, documenting before/after photos, and maintaining vehicles and equipment. Safety gear, paid training toward arborist certification, and a quarterly retention bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Central Texas heat.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Veterans strongly encouraged to apply.

Job description

Run commercial-grade equipment on paid routes Monday through Thursday, then deliver a free property rescue for an Austin senior or veteran every Friday.

You are the hands of both engines. Four days a week you deliver premium yard care to paying residential and commercial clients. On Fridays the whole crew turns to a nominated household and restores a property at no cost to the family.

Mission impact

Your Friday work keeps low-income seniors and disabled veterans out of code violations and protects them from fines and displacement.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday paid commercial and residential routes; Friday dedicated community relief cleanups.
