Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Director of FP&A – Commercial to partner with the SVP/Commercial CFO and lead end-to-end planning, forecasting, close cycles, and executive reporting across regions.

You will own governance, build scalable financial models, and deliver insights to drive strategy and performance. The role requires strong English communication, experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering, and mastery of Hyperion, Oracle, and Power BI.

Competenze

• Experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Strong working knowledge of financial systems and BI tools (Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI).
• Fluent in English with strong communication and relationship management skills.

Mansioni

• Own FP&A for Commercial end-to-end ownership across all process and governance.
• Lead planning/forecast and close cycles, long-term projections for board.
• Develop executive level reporting, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and governance of data into enterprise planning systems (Hyperion, Oracle, MyMPA).
• Drive process improvement and automation, building scalable analytical tools and financial models.
• Provide coaching across analytical outputs and mentor analysts where applicable.
