Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Purchase, NY is seeking a Director, FP&A - Commercial to lead planning, forecasting, and executive reporting for the Commercial organization. You will own end-to-end FP&A processes, partner with the SVP/Commercial CFO, and provide strategic financial insights across regional teams.

This role requires strong business acumen, leadership, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive performance and growth for Mastercard's Commercial portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Progressive FP&A or Finance Business Partner experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and BI tools (Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI).
• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance management expertise.
• Experience in Product financials or Commercial is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A for Commercial end-to-end processes across regions.
• Lead planning/forecast and close cycles; provide financial advisory to SVP/Commercial CFO.
• Develop executive level reporting, dashboards, and materials for Commercial leadership.
