Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Purchase, New York seeks a Director of FP&A – Commercial to own end-to-end FP&A processes for the Commercial organization and to partner with the SVP/Commercial CFO. This role drives long-term projections, board-ready reporting, and strategic analytics across regions with governance at global levels.

You will lead planning, forecasting, close cycles, and executive reporting, while mentoring analysts and shaping financial strategy in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Progressive FP&A/Finance partner experience with team leadership.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and reporting knowledge.
• Experience with Hyperion, Oracle and Power BI.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A for Commercial end-to-end with governance across regions.
• Lead planning, forecast and close cycles; provide strategic analysis for SVP/Commercial CFO.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Drive process improvement and automation of financial models.
• Coach analysts and manage stakeholder engagement.
