Job summary

M5 Services is a Pleasanton-based commercial building services contractor providing painting for occupied spaces across the Tri-Valley and San Francisco Bay Area. This role focuses on interior painting, touch-ups, and suites between tenants with after-hours work when required.

The ideal candidate has commercial painting experience, performs prep and patching, masters spray and roll techniques, and holds a valid California driver license.

Responsibilities

Job description

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

THE WORK

Painting in occupied commercial buildings: touch-ups, common areas, suites between tenants, and paint that finishes an interior remodel. Prep, cut, roll, spray, and leave it clean.

What We're Looking For

• Valid California driver's license.
