gpac is seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales Representative in the Orlando, FL area. The role focuses on growing commercial flooring business by developing relationships with General Contractors, end users and industry partners, and managing projects from sale through completion.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in commercial flooring sales, with a track record of winning new business and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years in B2B flooring or commercial flooring sales.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and win new business.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and projects on your own.
• Project management or commercial construction exposure is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business and grow existing commercial accounts.
• Build relationships with General Contractors, end users, property managers, vendors, and industry partners.
• Identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and move projects through the sales process.
• Manage customer relationships from initial conversation through project completion.
• Coordinate with estimating, project management, operations and installation teams.
• Stay involved with project schedules, budgets and customer expectations.
• Manage your territory, schedule, travel and appointments with minimal supervision.
• Deliver a high level of service and maintain long-term client relationships.
