Job summary

Anytime Flooring in the Southeast region is hiring a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of flooring projects. The role focuses on ensuring smooth information flow, accurate documentation, and timely updates for internal teams, field staff, subcontractors, and clients.

You should be detail-oriented and highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in construction or flooring industry preferred.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers to track milestones and deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and change orders.
• Create and manage project folders and logs for submittals, RFIs, and WIP.
• Coordinate installation schedules with Project Managers and Installers.
• Serve as central point of contact between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
