Legacy Group Interiors, a trusted commercial flooring installer, seeks an experienced estimator to convert takeoffs into accurate project estimates and assist with proposals. You will collaborate with project management and sales to move from estimate to install, with occasional field verification as needed.

This full-time in-office role in Renton, WA offers some remote work after 90 days and values teamwork, attention to detail, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Read architectural plans and specs to develop cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of commercial flooring.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, Bluebeam and FloorRight & JobRunner software.
• Estimating and analyzing information.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Respectful toward colleagues and customers.
• Meet deadlines and communicate clearly.
• Collaborate and support teammates.

Responsabilités

• Support initial project intake and qualification for sales.
• Perform quantity take-offs.
• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering RFQ, drawings, specs, and related docs.
• Analyze project documents.
• Create quantity take-offs using FloorRight software.
• Maintain an accurate schedule/log of projects.
• Provide vendor pricing solicitation when requested.
• Assist in quote building and revisions as needed.
