Job summary

gpac is partnering with an established commercial and residential flooring company to recruit an experienced estimator who can guide projects from the initial estimate through final completion. You will build strong customer relationships and coordinate schedules, budgets, materials, vendors, installers, and internal resources.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of commercial flooring estimating or project sales experience, solid product knowledge, and excellent communication.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Experience using estimating, project management, or related software
• A customer-focused mindset and strong sense of ownership

Compensation And Benefits

• $80,000-$100,000 annual salary
