Job summary

Legacy Group Interiors is seeking a full-time Estimator to perform quantity take-offs and support sales and project management from estimate to install. You may verify site conditions and help build proposals, with occasional field involvement.

Requirements include reading architectural plans, knowledge of commercial flooring, and experience with FloorRight and JobRunner. A 4-year bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years in flooring estimating.

• Ability to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of commercial flooring.
• Experience using FloorRight and JobRunner for take-offs.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in flooring estimating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare proposals.
• Work with Project Management and Sales to transition from estimate to install.
• Verify site conditions and update estimates as needed.
• Maintain schedule and track project status.
