Job summary

Patcraft Account Executive — Northern Los Angeles is a role within Shaw Industries Group Inc. Patcraft provides high-performance flooring and partners with architects, designers and contractors to specify products for projects in a fast-paced market.

You will travel within the assigned territory, manage projects end-to-end, and leverage Salesforce.com to nurture relationships, present capabilities, and secure new business through diligent account management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience
• Living in the greater Santa Barbara market
• Must be able to travel daily and support a closely knit team environment

Responsibilities

• Travel daily throughout assigned area to call on existing customers and prospect new customers.
• Manage project from inception to completion including opportunity identification, product selection, order placement, order tracking, delivery coordination and communication of maintenance programs.
• Build relationships with existing and new customers by entertaining such as lunches, dinners, or special events.
• Interface with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com to track opportunities and customer interactions.
• Present to architects, designers and end-users to educate them on Patcraft products and how they benefit projects.
