Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking skilled Commercial Floor Care Technicians to support our Columbus, OH operations. The role covers hard floor care, carpet cleaning, and equipment operation across offices, medical facilities, and educational campuses.

Flexible scheduling includes 2nd/3rd shifts, evenings, weekends, and part‑time options. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of commercial floor care experience, basic knowledge of restoration techniques, and familiarity with OSHA/SDS chemical safety.

Qualifications

• At least one year of commercial floor care or specialty janitorial experience.
• Ability to operate commercial floor care equipment.
• Knowledge of floor restoration techniques and cleaning procedures.
• Understanding of OSHA/SDS chemical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Hard Floor Care: stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, burnishing, polishing, refinishing on various flooring.
• Carpet Cleaning: extraction, deep cleaning, spot treatments.
• Equipment Operation: operate auto scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, carpet extractors.
• Chemical Handling: mix and apply floor finishes and stripping chemicals per guidelines.
• Safety & Setup: set up barriers and signage to ensure a safe environment.
• Project Completion: complete assigned cleaning projects and communicate with supervisors/clients.
• Equipment Care: keep equipment clean and in safe condition.
