Job summary

Creative Management Technology, Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio seeks a Floor Tech to perform stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet maintenance on a 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 10:00 pm).

The role requires operating floor care equipment, performing safety checks, and moving furniture as needed. You'll work Monday through Friday with possible overtime, and compensation is $21.06 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with benefits including health coverage, vacation, paid holidays, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate floor care equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Must follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Experience with carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing is a plus.
• Able to move heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operates floor care equipment (automatic scrubbers, floor machines, vacuums).
• Performs preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Provides floor care including buffing, burnishing, and carpet maintenance.
• Moves furniture and heavy objects as needed.
• Complies with safety requirements and procedures.
