You will review plans for constructability, manage budgets, schedules, and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure a safe, on-time project. Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of fire protection PM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with project teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Oversee fire protection field construction to align with design, budget and schedule.
• Develop construction plan and schedule; manage vendor quotes and subcontracts.
• Monitor budgets and provide reports on key metrics to management.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, CAD/BIM and fabrication teams.
