Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Fire Protection Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial fire protection sprinkler systems.

You will review plans for design and constructability, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and manage budgets and schedules to ensure quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background or related field with 3+ years of PM experience on commercial construction sites, strong communication, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 3+ years of Fire Protection PM experience, or equivalent combination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee fire protection field construction to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing, CAD/BIM, and fabrication teams and client personnel.
• Develop and maintain construction plan and schedule; manage vendor quotes and subcontracts.
• Monitor metrics daily and mentor site leadership to ensure on-time completion within budget.
