Maersk in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Commercial to collaborate with the Senior Finance Business Partner and Sales leadership. The role focuses on driving financial performance across our regional portfolio and administering the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) for accurate payouts and visibility for Ocean and L&S products.

The candidate will build analyses, report KPI results, and partner with product and sales to enable informed decisions, while improving SIP processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
5–7 years of professional experience in corporate finance reporting or similar metrics.
1–2 years in a similar corporate structure.
Advanced Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
Power BI or Tableau experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Leadership with trends and analysis to improve KPI performance.
Deliver accurate, timely KPI information including volume, revenue and gross profit; SIP calculations and payouts.
Own projects including analysis on networking selling and customer profitability by product for leadership decisions.
Assess SIP plans and financial implications; recommend best alternatives.
Provide insights to sales verticals and identify risks and opportunities.
Support global SIP automation initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects with product and sales leads to drive MOS cycle improvements.
