Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
Monitor and report financial performance; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Contribute to development and execution of the company's strategic plan.
Oversee financial reporting in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve efficiency.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Build relationships with auditors, regulators, and investors.
