Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Partner with business units to provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report financial performance; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to development and execution of the company's strategic plan.
• Oversee financial reporting in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Build relationships with auditors, regulators, and investors.
