Patsnap is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for its Commercial organization. This role blends FP&A rigor with business acumen to influence sales strategy, investments, and sustainable growth across go-to-market teams.

The position owns budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance management, focusing on ACV, headcount investments, incentives, and decision support, with significant cross‑functional exposure and a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Experience supporting a Sales/Go-To-Market team in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Experience with sales capacity, productivity and topline forecasting models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance Business Partner for Commercial teams and go-to-market areas.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Provide financial perspective on resource allocation, growth initiatives and risks.
