Job summary

SC Johnson GmbH is seeking an Associate Manager to partner with Commercial teams, delivering budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for US and global businesses. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence decisions with detailed financial insights.

You will lead monthly and ad hoc analyses, support pricing reviews, and help implement internal controls and efficiency improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant business discipline; 5+ years of related experience
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of related experience is acceptable
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial teams to prepare budgets and forecasts
• Perform monthly and ad hoc financial statement analysis and commentary
• Support pricing analytics and scenario modeling
• Provide financial counsel to cross-functional teams for decision making
• Drive Delivered Profit improvement with cross-functional cost-saving initiatives
