Guest Worldwide is seeking a Manager, Commercial Finance to support Gilchrist & Soames and related brands in the US. You will drive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to inform sales, marketing, and product decisions.

You will build revenue and margin models, analyze profitability, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategies. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in commercial finance, FP&A, sales finance, or business analysis.
• ERP Systems / Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including revenue, margin, and profitability metrics.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with MS Office; clear reporting and presentations.

Mansioni

• Develop and report commercial operating metrics, financial summaries, and KPIs for the Gilchrist & Soames commercial leadership team.
• Prepare financial analysis to support timely decision making for Sales, Marketing, and Product Development; perform ad-hoc analyses.
• Analyze sales performance, customer profitability, category performance, promotions, and product economics.
• Build revenue and margin scenario models to support RFPs, new business, and contract negotiations; communicate assumptions clearly.
• Provide consistent data with explanations of key assumptions, trends, and performance drivers.
• Support business cases, ROI calculations, pricing and margin analyses, cost assessments, and risk considerations.
• Lead development of annual operating plan and monthly forecasts; long-term planning for commercial functions.
• Provide insights into monthly/quarterly results; escalate risks with mitigations.
• Support growth initiatives and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development on opportunities.
