Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Finance Co-Pilot for Europe, AOA & LatAm. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Supply Chain to deliver strategic financial insights and drive profitable growth across the VMS portfolio.

You will lead financial planning, forecast accuracy, and monthly business planning, while evaluating innovation initiatives and translating data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in FP&A or Accounting in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with SAP, BW, and PivotTables; NAS knowledge preferred for internal candidates.
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify opportunities/risks, and communicate insights effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities across regions.
• Manage the full P&L budget with Sales and Marketing; conduct budget reviews and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations and Supply Chain to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Support monthly BPP and PEC processes; ensure accurate P&L reporting and presentations for decision-making.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to cross-functional teams to optimize cost and mix.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives aligned with Nestlé Health Science goals.
