Digitas in Boston is seeking a Finance and business-focused professional to join the Commercial Finance Team. This role supports New Business and agency commercials by establishing offers and contracts, driving value, and mitigating risk across staffing and remuneration, and tools.

You will work closely with agency leadership to inform commercial decisions and improve operations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in advertising finance or analytics, strong Excel/BI skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advertising agency experience; finance, operations, or analytics background preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, BI, and Co-Pilot (AI).
• Experience with business development teams or new client onboarding.
• Collaborative and highly communicative, ability to work within a team and across multiple groups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and multi-tasker; data-driven and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agency and PM Business Development teams to respond to Commercial requirements and templates within RFPs.
• Liaison with US and global market teams to brief and gather staffing and remuneration details for templates.
• Accurately represent and track remuneration details and data for commercial submissions.
• Understand the deals and profitability and provide data-driven support with metrics.
• Support in developing new commercial models, including monetization for platforms and value-based pricing.
• Support Commercial reporting workstreams with client finance and business development.
• Transition newly awarded business into the agency in partnership with client finance and operations.
