Job summary

Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. in Phoenix seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Commercial Finance practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset backed loans.

Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience will also be considered. Arizona bar license is strongly preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required.
• Arizona bar license strongly preferred; candidates barred in other states may sit for the Arizona bar.

Snell & Wilmer’s Phoenix office seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Commercial Finance practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset backed loans. Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience will also be considered. Excellent academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required. Participating in our local community is part of our credo and is expected of our team members. Arizona bar license is strongly preferred, but consideration will also be given to candidates barred in other states, who will be expected to sit for the Arizona bar.

This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
