Job summary

Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. in Phoenix seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Commercial Finance practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset backed loans.

Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience will also be considered. Arizona bar license is strongly preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates

Qualifications

• Experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation and closing sophisticated lending transactions (real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset-backed loans).
• Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required.
• Arizona bar license strongly preferred; candidates barred in other states may sit for the Arizona bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing of complex lending transactions.
• Contribute to the Commercial Finance practice and collaborate with team members.
• Engage in community involvement as part of the firm culture.
