Snell & Wilmer seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Commercial Finance practice group in our Denver office. The ideal candidate will have experience with the due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing of sophisticated lending transactions, including with respect to real estate, commercial, securities, and/or asset-backed loans. In addition, experience in tax-advantaged finance (including low-income housing tax credit, historic and new market credits, and/or alternative energy) or structured finance (including CMBS and securitizations) would be a plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required, as is admission to practice law in Colorado.
This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses. The annual base salary range for candidates placed in Colorado is expected to be $221,000-$257,000, depending on experience.
