Job summary

Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience will also be considered. Excellent academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required. Participating in our local community is part of our credo and is expected of our team members. Texas bar license is strongly preferred, but consideration will also be given to candidates barred in other states, who will be expected to sit for the Texas bar.

This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
