QUALITECH seeks a Commercial Financial Analyst to evaluate pricing opportunities, support profitable growth, and deliver actionable insights across Sales, Operations, and Cost Accounting. The role tracks key KPIs using historical data and CRM insights to improve visibility and drive performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience in a manufacturing or CPG environment, with strong Excel and cost accounting fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or CPG environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing requests from Sales for new and existing opportunities.
• Develop pricing models to support proposals and contracts.
• Recommend target selling prices based on cost, margin, and market dynamics.
• Partner with Sales to align pricing with profitability goals.
• Collaborate with Operations to understand production costs and cost drivers.
• Validate product costs, assumptions, and margin expectations with Cost Accounting.
• Evaluate inputs (raw material, labor, overhead) for accurate cost structure.
• Identify risks and opportunities in cost assumptions impacting pricing.
• Develop and maintain key commercial KPIs to monitor performance.
• Analyze historical sales data for trends and margin performance.
