Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related finance function.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process in partnership with Commercial leadership
• Analyze customer, business unit, and commercial profitability
• Evaluate new customer contracts and incremental business opportunities
• Analyze customer rebate programs, equipment funds, and other incentive programs
• Develop and implement financial tools to support commercial teams
• Prepare financial analyses and presentation materials for leadership meetings
• Support customer-level sales history adjustments and related financial transactions
• Prepare miscellaneous invoices, purchase orders, and check requests as needed
• Provide financial reporting and analysis for ad-hoc business projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
• Stay informed on major operational, technical, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other internal teams
• Cross-train with Credit & Collections and provide backup support when needed
