Job summary

A manufacturing firm is seeking a Commercial Finance & Pricing Analyst to support sales and pricing operations through financial analysis and data-driven insights. The role involves optimizing pricing and margin performance, developing quotes, maintaining pricing in ERP systems, and analyzing trends. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar fields, 3+ years of experience in commercial finance, and strong skills in Excel and Power BI. There are strong development opportunities towards a Senior Analyst or Commercial Finance Manager position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pricing, FP&A, or commercial finance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Python, and Excel VBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and ability to manage data uploads/downloads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and issue quotes for ad hoc requests, ensuring alignment with pricing policies.
• Maintain and manage customer and product pricing within ERP systems.
• Analyze win/loss trends and pricing effectiveness.
