Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago seeks an Analyst, Finance - Commercial to support Sales Finance and Revenue Growth Management across the Regional Grocery customer base. You will deliver core reporting, forecasting support, pricing and promotional analysis, and planning routines with strong analytical execution.

You will build models, share insights with Sales teams, and help inform decision making while partnering across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Analytics, Sales Finance, Revenue Management, or related business support roles.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Solid PowerPoint and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• I am able to work effectively across teams and support partner decision making with clear analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Finance and Sales across the broader Regional Grocery customer base, contributing to both Sales Finance routines and Revenue Growth Management execution.
• Provide financial analysis of pricing, promotional activity, and trade spend for assigned customer and business routines.
• Support execution of pricing actions and promotional plans, helping ensure investments are tracked accurately and spent efficiently.
• Prepare recurring reporting, forecast inputs, variance analysis, and performance updates for the Regional Grocery business.
• Build and maintain models, trackers, and reporting files used to monitor promotional activity, customer performance, and financial results.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and explain changes in customer or business performance.
• Support annual planning, forecast cycles, customer planning routines, and ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Help maintain Joint Business Plan tracking and related visibility to customer investments and performance outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure promotional events and related activity are entered accurately in relevant systems, including TPM/Compass as applicable.
• Support exception and funding request analysis by gathering data, preparing materials, and escalating issues appropriately.
