Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Procurement to support financial processes for monthly/quarterly/annual reviews, close, forecasting and strategic planning within Ingredients & Packaging. You will drive procurement pricing initiatives, interact with operations for productivity, and coordinate with teams across Controllership and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Finance/FP&A, strong communication and cross-functional influence, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, FP&A or Supply Chain Finance.
• Strong business acumen; interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional team members and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to learn systems and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly/quarterly/annual reviews and close processes.
• Analyze and report for monthly close and forecast development.
• Partner with Procurement to identify and support savings initiatives.
• Coordinate monthly forecast inputs with buyers for accurate forecasting.
• Monitor contractual events and ensure proper accounting with Controllership.
