Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago is seeking an Analyst, Finance - Commercial to support Sales Finance and Revenue Growth Management for the Regional Grocery business. You will deliver core reporting, forecasting support, pricing and promotional analysis, and planning routines across a broad customer base.

You will build models and dashboards, surface key business changes, and partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tracking of investments and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Analytics, Sales Finance, or Revenue Management.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Solid PowerPoint and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Finance and Revenue Growth Management for Regional Grocery customers.
• Analyze pricing, promotions, and trade spend for assigned customers.
• Help track investments and run pricing/promotional action analyses.
• Prepare recurring reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Build models and trackers to monitor promotions and performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to explain changes.
• Assist annual planning, forecasts, and customer planning cycles.
• Maintain Joint Business Plan visibility of investments and results.
• Coordinate promotions in TPM/Compass systems with Sales.
• Support data gathering for exception and funding requests.

Analyst, Finance - Commercial at a glance…

You will support the Sales Finance and Sales teams for the broader Regional Grocery business by combining analytical Sales Finance support with Revenue Growth Management execution. You will help deliver core reporting, forecasting support, pricing and promotional analysis, and planning routines across a broader group of customers. You will contribute strong analytical execution, surface key business changes, and help improve the quality and consistency of the team’s customer-facing financial support.

What's on the menu?

• Support Sales Finance and Sales across the broader Regional Grocery customer base, contributing to both Sales Finance routines and Revenue Growth Management execution
• Provide financial analysis of pricing, promotional activity, and trade spend for assigned customer and business routines
• Support execution of pricing actions and promotional plans, helping ensure investments are tracked accurately and spent efficiently
• Prepare recurring reporting, forecast inputs, variance analysis, and performance updates for the Regional Grocery business
• Build and maintain models, trackers, and reporting files used to monitor promotional activity, customer performance, and financial results
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and explain changes in customer or business performance
• Support annual planning, forecast cycles, customer planning routines, and ad hoc analysis as needed
• Help maintain Joint Business Plan tracking and related visibility to customer investments and performance outcomes
• Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure promotional events and related activity are entered accurately in relevant systems, including TPM/Compass as applicable
• Support exception and funding request analysis by gathering data, preparing materials, and escalating issues appropriately

• I have experience in Finance, Analytics, Sales Finance, Revenue Management, or related business support roles.
• I have strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• I have solid PowerPoint and communication skills
• I have a strong attention to detail and follow-through
• I am able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• I am able to work effectively across teams and support partner decision making with clear analysis

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
