Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in the District Heights area to promote pest control services to commercial clients. You’ll leverage a persuasive pitch and award-winning training to grow new and existing accounts.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a full benefits package. No industry experience is required, and pesticide licensure can be obtained with company support.

Qualifications

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and uphold standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
