Job summary

H&S Loss Control Inspections, Inc is seeking qualified inspectors to perform commercial loss control inspections in the USA. You will receive assignments electronically, schedule inspections with insured parties, and document findings with photographs and notes.

Responsibilities include evaluating building systems for hazards, interviewing insureds for operational details, and submitting reports online using Loss Control 360 and Rapid Sketch.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting commercial loss control inspections in the USA.
• Knowledge of property, general liability, and workers' compensation.
• Ability to work independently and communicate well in writing.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments electronically and review inspection requirements.
• Schedule inspection appointments with insured by phone, email, or text.
• Inspect the property for utilities/building systems, common areas, and life safety; take 20–35 photos.
• Interview the insured for operations information and system ages.
• Communicate inspection status through the online application.
• Complete the inspection report in Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch and return digitally.
