Job summary

Tremco is seeking an experiencedFacade Installer in Tampa, FL to perform skilled installation, repair, and finishing of stucco, EIFS, and plaster systems on commercial projects. The role requires working with scaffolding or lifts, and adhering to Tremco safety standards while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of caulking and waterproofing experience, knowledge of EIFS systems and plastering, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
• Commercial facade restoration experience.
• Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques and waterproofing details.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
• Install and repair EIFS when required.
• Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
• Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior facade systems.
• Maintain proper alignment, texture, and finish quality standards.
• Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages when necessary.
• Adhere to OSHA, WTI, and Tremco CPG Safety Standards.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and work areas.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services.
