You will deploy BD Excellence methods, coach leaders, and drive measurable improvements in funnel performance, forecasting, and customer value realization across functions and regions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of demonstrated commercial experience with measurable success in complex B2B sales or transformation.
• End‑to‑end understanding of the customer journey from opportunity development to value realization.
• Experience improving operating rigor, funnel management, forecasting, or growth in a matrixed org.
• Ability to use quantitative analysis and visualization tools to diagnose issues and drive action.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deploy the commercial excellence strategy and priorities across regions.
• Establish operating reviews, visual management, KPIs, and action plans to improve accountability.
• Improve funnel management, forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression end-to-end.
• Lead problem solving and Kaizen work focused on growth and customer value realization.
