Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a seasoned Finance Leader in Covington, GA to drive end-to-end FP&A, partner with Platform Leadership, and deliver actionable insights to grow profitability. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, 10+ years of experience, and ability to lead跨-functional teams in a global matrix.

The position is on-site in Covington, with travel expected domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Business Partnering, or related finance functions.
• Experience supporting senior business leaders in a complex, global matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning cycle, including ASR, budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly GOC and OC presentations and executive reporting packages.
• Analyze operating results and communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Drive variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior year, and strategic commitments.
• Serve as primary finance partner to Platform Leadership Teams with strategic guidance.
• Develop financial metrics and dashboards to improve visibility into performance.
• Support M&A activities: valuation modeling, due diligence, and business cases.
