Qualifications

• 2–4 years of escrow-related experience, preferably in commercial.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with good organizational abilities.
• May require escrow officer certification depending on state.
• Comfort with technology and proprietary programs; adaptable to new software.

Responsabilités

• Grow and service the business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Complete simple and complex commercial real estate escrow transactions and liaise between buyer, seller and lender.
• Collaborate with Underwriting to monitor and mitigate risk.
• Ensure funds are properly accounted for and disbursed per contract terms.
• Close escrow by reviewing, recording and filing documents; prepare final statements and title.
• Prepare reports on escrow status for involved parties.
• Prepare legal documents for closure of the sale.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and enforce adherence.
