First American is seeking a Commercial Escrow Officer in Phoenix to establish new commercial escrow accounts and process escrow documents per established policies. You will play a key role in transforming commercial real estate experiences by empowering employees and customers to deliver next-generation solutions.

Responsibilities include handling complex escrow transactions, coordinating between buyer/seller/lender, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 2-4 years of escrow related experience, preferably in Commercial
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
• Problem solving with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player who collaborates with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with technology and proprietary software
• Thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Responsabilidades

• Grow and service the business by providing outstanding customer service
• Complete simple and complex commercial real estate escrow transactions while coordinating between buyer, seller, and lender
• Collaborate with Underwriting to monitor and mitigate risk
• Ensure funds are properly accounted for and disbursed per contract terms
• Prepare closing statements and file documents, ensure timelines and delivery dates
• Prepare reports on escrow status for involved parties
• Prepare legal documents for closing of the sale
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies
