Responsibilities include handling complex escrow transactions, coordinating with underwriting to mitigate risk, and preparing closing statements and related documents.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of escrow related experience as an Escrow Officer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• May require escrow officer certification depending upon state.

Responsibilities

• Grow and service the business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Complete simple and complex commercial real estate escrow transactions.
• Coordinate with Underwriting to monitor and mitigate risk.
• Ensure funds are properly accounted for and disbursed per contract terms.
• Prepare closing statements, title, and final closing documents with timelines.
